Between 1993 & 1996 Tim was the top selling GI consultant within the Prudential Direct Sales force, gaining the nickname the GB king. He has built sales training schemes, delivered workshops and sales conference presentations to groups ranging from 12 to 400 people.
Prudential continued to make use of those skills after promotion to the companies Head Office where one role Tim had was as GI Development Manager.
More recently, during 2008 a leading Insurance Broker contracted with Tim and appointed him their Head of Sales Support, Marketing & e-commerce. The broker - a 'Consolidator' with major private finance backing purchased 11 competing businesses over a 6 month period, and it was Tim's task t integrate and ensure their sales force continued to remain productive whilst moving them onto the new owners way of working.
